Biography

Mr. Jörg Caesar serves as an Investment Partner at Hannover Finanz Group. Since November 2010 he has been authorized. Since March 2016 he is a partner. Prior to joining, he latterly worked initially for two years at KPMG in the Financial Advisory Services and for another six years at PricewaterhouseCoopers Transaction Services as a senior manager and authorized signatory. In this capacity, he accompanied cross-industry strategic investors and private equity investors in a variety of national and cross-border corporate transactions. He has extensive experience in the areas of financial due diligence, vendor due diligence & Assistance, accounting, and business valuation. He started his career at Deutsche Bank in Corporate & Investment Banking. He studied Business Administration / International Business Administration at the Humboldt University of Berlin and the University of Maastricht. He has a degree in Business Administration, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and US Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Mr. Caesar serves as Board Member at Intelligente Peripherien fur Robotor.
