Biography
Mr. Ethan Ayer is an Angel Investor. Mr. Ayer served as Chief Financial Officer & Board Member at Cogility. Mr. Ayer co-founded and served as Chairman at Resilient Network Systems. He has been an IT, Internet, and information security investor since 1998 when he joined his first venture capital firm. He joined Allegra Partners in 2000 as a senior associate and was a partner at One Equity Partners and Milestone Venture Partners before joining Resilient first as an investor and later as CFO. He has served on the Boards of CyberTrust (sold to Verizon), Telwares, Worktopia.com, and now Resilient. He started his career at Merrill Lynch & Co. in Structured Finance. He received a Masters's Degree from Cambridge University and an A.B. from Harvard College.
