Biography

Mr. Ross Posner serves as Managing Partner at Ridgewood Infrastructure. He leads Ridgewood Private Equity Partners, bringing more than two decades of successful private equity investing experience and business leadership across energy, real assets, and other alternative areas. Prior to joining Ridgewood, Ross was an executive in Allstate Investments' private equity businesses where he most recently, as Global Group Head, created and led Allstate's Infrastructure and Real Asset private equity business, managing an investment portfolio of over $1 billion. Previously, Ross focused on direct private equity investing at Heritage Partners and Ridge Capital Corporation. Ross started his career at J.P. Morgan. He has served on the advisory boards of many private equity firms and has been a director of numerous private companies and non-profit organizations. Ross received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Finance and Management Information Systems.
