Norm Lieu General Information

Biography

Mr. Norm Lieu served as Partner at Envoy Management. Prior to founding Envoy Management, he was an investment professional at Praesidian Capital, where between 2008 and 2011 he focused on diligence, underwriting new investments and portfolio management. Most recently, Mr. Lieu was a restructuring advisor at CDG Group, where he performed diligence and monitored distressed leveraged loan investments on behalf of lenders. Prior to CDG, Mr. Lieu was a leveraged finance banker at CIBC World Markets and Bear Stearns & Co., arranging over $2.6 billion of leveraged loans and high yield bonds to support LBOs and dividend recapitalizations in the industrial, consumer, healthcare and business services sectors. He began his career in Northern California as a lender for Comerica Bank and Silicon Valley Bank, where he underwrote growth capital and asset-based loans for technology companies. He received his MBA in Finance from NYU Stern and a BA in Economics from Vassar College.
