Biography

Mr. Karan Chaudhary serves as Chief Financial Officer (Interim) at Hero Bread. Mr. Chaudhary was a Co-Founder & Investor of Colorado River Partners. He Co-Founded and served as Investor at Colorado Capital Partners. He serves as Venture Partner at Composite Ventures. He served as an Associate at Tritium Partners. He also served as an Associate at EnCap Investments. Prior to joining EnCap in July 2016, he spent two years working in the Energy Investment Banking Group at Jefferies in Houston, where he focused on M&A advisory work as well as public and private capital raises within the energy industry. He graduated with high honors from The University of Texas at Austin, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in business honors and quantitative finance from The McCombs School of Business. He is a member of the Independent Petroleum Association of America, Young Professionals in Finance, and Young Professionals in Energy.
