Muriel Badawi General Information
Biography
Ms. Muriel Badawi served as Partner at iBionext. Since 2013, she has managed and structured several private equity transactions (seed, venture, growth and IPOs)) for iBionext companies. She has extensive financial, legal, and regulatory expertise in fundraising for EU/US private and public companies. In 2016, she co-managed the IPO of GenSight Biologics on Euronext in Paris, raising 46M€. In 2015, she structured the company's Series B cross-over financing with $36M raised from European and US investors. In 2014, she managed the IPO of Pixium Vision, raising €40m on Euronext Paris. Prior to joining iBionext, she was an Associate at Booz & Company (now Strategy&, PWC), focusing on corporate strategy in its Financial Services and Private Equity practice. From 2006 to 2010, she worked in banking and asset management for TD Bank and Fidelity Investments in North America. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BSc in Finance from HEC Montreal.
