Mr. Ayad Chammas serves as General Partner at Nirman Ventures. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at Irrawaddy Green Towers. He has over 22 years of experience in turn-key oil and gas and infrastructure projects in various countries including UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Algeria, the Russian Arctic, US Midwest. The list includes key energy infrastructure projects such as the: Strategic Baku - Ceyhan 1MM barrel per day pipeline project (US$ 6 Billion) , The Abu Dhabi ASAB oil Full field Development (US 3 Billion), The Total Gas separation facility in Kharyaga field (US$ 400MM) and the Karachaganak oil field development (US$ 700MM). Before joining IGT, he served as Vice President of Operations at Petrofac International Ltd where he has worked for 16 years. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles (USA), and a Master in Construction Management and Project Management from Herriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, UK. He serves as Board Member at Elocity. He serves as Advisor at Steadiwear.
