Biography

Mr. Daniel Wrublin is a Co-Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer & President at DalanRe. Mr. Wrublin is responsible for acquisitions and oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. In 2008, he was named one of Real Estate New York's top 30 under 30 rising stars in the industry. Daniel was also inducted as a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) in 2012. Daniel received his BA from Duke University. He has grown the company to its current portfolio with a market capitalization of over $2.5 Billion consisting of more than 3,000 apartments and 200 commercial units spread across approximately four million square feet of real estate in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Texas, and California. He later went on to found SKW Funding, a special situations real estate debt platform. In 2008, Daniel was named one of Real Estate New York's top 30 Under 30 rising stars in the industry, and in 2012 he was inducted as a member of YPO. Daniel received his bachelor of arts degree from Duke University where he is an active member of the alumni community including establishing the Wrublin Family Scholarship Fund in 2016 and currently serves on the Duke Financial Economics Steering Committee (DFESC).
