Biography

Ms. Pan Wei is the Founder and serves as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Ajisen Holdings. Ms. Wei is responsible for the overall management of the group, including the decision-making and planning of the group's major strategies. As the founder of the company, Ms. Pan has been playing a pivotal role in the development of the group since the opening of the first restaurant in 1995. Ms. Pan is an experienced entrepreneur with more than ten years of experience in the catering industry. He has traded Asian foods in the United States and Hong Kong before, and he is particularly skilled in the cuisines of North and South China. Ms. Pan currently serves as the vice-chairman of the China Catering Industry Central Kitchen Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance and the director of the China Entrepreneurs Association; she also serves as the vice-chairman of the Shanghai Catering Industry Association and the vice-chairman of the Shanghai Commercial Enterprise Management Association. In October 2007, Ms. Pan received the honor of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Award of the year. In 2010, he won the "China's Best Business Leader Award"-the Best Talent Management Award. In 2011, he became a member of the CPPCC Minhang District, Shanghai.
