Biography

Dr. Shayan Somani is the Founder and serves as Managing Director at Quantum Growth Advisors. Dr. Somani is the Founder & serves as Managing Director at Techtrack (Healthcare database). Dr. Somani is also the Founder of Ensanté Insights. Shayan is a staff physician and the former Clinical Lead for IT Services at Michael Garron Hospital (MGH), a large community academic hospital in Toronto. Prior to founding Ensanté Insights Shayan worked as an advisor to early stage technology companies and a private equity fund based in the US assisting with fundraising, business strategy and product development. In the past, he has also served as the Postgraduate Medical Education Director at MGH, an elected representative on the Professional Association of Residents of Ontario and has worked with the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care analyzing legislation, cost-effectiveness and outcomes related to publicly funded assisted reproductive technology around the world. His research and recommendations with the latter saved the government over $200 million. He founded Quantum Growth Advisors after seeing a number of promising companies struggle to implement methodological approaches to growth and fail to realize their full potential.
