Luke Lau General Information

Biography

Mr. Luke Lau served as Managing Director, Fixed Income Management at Mesirow Financial. Luke joined the firm in 2014 and he has 15 years of investment experience. Most recently, he was a managing director in the investment-grade and high-yield trading group at PPM America, where he was responsible for credit analysis and created the group's proprietary models. Previously, Luke served as associate portfolio management analyst of the taxable fixed income team at Allstate Investments, LLC. He has also held positions at Accenture and Alaron Trading Corporation. Luke earned a BS from Northern Illinois University, where he graduated magna cum laude, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute.
