Biography

Mr. Russell Smith served as President at Edison Power Constructors. Prior to joining EPC, Mr. Smith served as the Sr. Vice President of Project Delivery at PLH Group, Inc., Edison's corporate parent. He brings 25 years of diverse experience in energy and utilities, including work in engineering, construction, energy management and consulting, and customer relationship management. Mr. Smith was Director of the Project Management Office for Henkels & McCoy, one of the largest privately held engineering and construction firms serving the communications and utility industries. He joined Henkels & McCoy after seven years in the energy management and consulting field. Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Texas.
