Biography

Mr. Klaus Friis serves as Partner at SAGA Private Equity. Klaus has several years of experience in private equity and financial markets. Klaus serves on the investment committee of Danske PEP II, III and IV and has been closely involved in the ongoing development of Danske Private Equity's investment process and strategy. Klaus has led and co-led due diligence on numerous portfolio funds in Danske PEP II, III and IV. Klaus' background as a top ranked public equity analyst provides unique insight into proposed fund investment strategies. Before joining Danske Private Equity, Klaus was responsible for coverage of Danish and European IT stocks at Enskilda Securities and, prior to that, Aros Securities (now Nordea). Klaus holds a M. Sc. (Finance & Accounting) from Copenhagen Business School.
