Biography

Mr. Lawrence Cohen serves as Senior Managing Director & Wealth Advisor, Wealth Management at Mesirow Financial. He creates customized financial plans that integrate income tax, estate, charitable and investment planning for affluent individuals, corporations, and institutions. He joined Mesirow Financial in 1984 and has more than 40 years of experience in the investment industry, offering sophisticated solutions in all areas of wealth management. He and his team have spent decades building strong relationships with their clients and now proudly serve three generations of families. He completed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam and holds various securities licenses. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois.
