Biography

Ms. Heidi Morrow serves as Managing Director at Silver Leaf Partners. She serves as Director of Business Development at Morrison Street Capital. She also served as Director of Business Development, Strategic Partnerships at DiligenceVault. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Morrow served as Managing Director at Silver Leaf Partners, where she marketed quality alternative investment opportunities across private markets, real assets, liquid alternatives, and direct investment opportunities to institutions and qualified individuals. She also spent several years as CFO and Director of Business Development for DiligenceVault, a fintech start-up firm whose Series A funding round was led by Goldman Sachs. Ms. Morrow began her career in finance as a credit analyst and assistant portfolio manager at Offitbank. Her focus on emerging and international markets on both the buy and sell sides led to a position as Portfolio Manager overseeing $2 billion in emerging markets equity funds at Daiwa Asset Management, where her responsibilities also included overseeing a fund-of-funds product and external manager relationships for the US. Ms. Morrow has 26 years of diverse financial services experience. Ms. Morrow received her BS in German and Spanish from the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State and her MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School. She is a CFA charterholder and served as Director-at-Large and Fiscal Liaison for the CFA Society of New York (formerly NYSSA). Ms. Morrow also served as Treasurer for the New York Junior League (NYJL), where she currently chairs the Investment Committee.
