Biography

Mr. Dennis Hatch served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at FusionStorm. Dennis and his human resources team were responsible for delivering impactful HR programs to ensure successful hiring, maximize employee potential through training and development, and enhance employee engagement and culture to support the company's revenue and growth goals. Dennis brings 30 years of human resources experience and a successful track record of developing and implementing strategies in recruiting, performance management, training, and creating desired culture and values. He joins FusionStorm after 19 years with Sonesta Hotels, a four star level international hotel company where he held senior HR corporate and hotel roles. Dennis helped drive change and achieved high levels of customer satisfaction while leading Sonesta through rapid growth of close to 40 hotels and 2800 employees domestically. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Boston College in Economics with a concentration in Human Resources.
