Biography

Ms. Mary Hunt serves as Principal, Portfolio Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Investment Committee Member and Small & Emerging Co-Portfolio Manager at RCP Advisors. She served as Principal - Private Equity at Allstate Investments. She is a Principal and Portfolio Manager of the Firm's diversity, equity, and inclusion ("DEI") investment strategy. She is responsible for sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management, as well as a member of the Investment Committee for RCP Elevate. She has 15 years of experience in the private equity industry. Prior to joining RCP, she was a Principal at Allstate Investments, LLC where she underwrote and invested in more than 50 private equity funds and 20 co-investments throughout her tenure. In addition to that role, she was Head of Allstate's Portfolio Management & Analytics, a newly established internal functional area responsible for portfolio construction decisions and the design, oversight, and execution of investment management processes for Private Assets. Furthermore, she previously worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan Securities in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois.
