Biography

Mr. David Lampron serves as Principal at Persistence Capital Partners. He serves as Vice President at DNA Capital. Mr. Lampron has over five years of corporate advisory and M&A experience. As one of the first members of the DNA Capital investment banking team, he has participated in various advisory mandates, including cross-border transactions, in a wide variety of industries, such as healthcare, media, technology, consumer goods, food, hotels, and industrial. Prior to joining DNA Capital, he worked in the corporate finance department of Desjardins General Insurance. Mr. Lampron holds a B.B.A. in Finance from HEC Montréal and has completed all three levels of the CFA® Program. While at HEC, he co-managed a four million-dollar portfolio for the Fonds Standard Life-HEC Montréal that won the award for best North American student fund three years in a row as part of the global RISE student investment forum.
