Biography

Mr. Luther Ragin serves as a Board Member at the Community Reinvestment Fund. He serves as a Board Member. He also serves as a Member of the Investment Committee at the Soros Economic Development Fund. He serves as a Board Member at Social Finance (US). He is the retired President and Chief Executive Officer of the Global Impact Investing Network. He was Chief Financial Officer of the National Community Capital Association, the Chief Financial Officer of Earl G. Graves Ltd., and Vice President of Syndications/Assets Sales for the North American Corporate Finance Sector at Chase. Prior to joining the GIIN, he served as the Chief Investment Officer of the New York-based FB Heron Foundation. He is currently a member of the board of directors of the McKnight Foundation and the Community Reinvestment Fund USA. He received his B.A. and Master of Public Policy degrees from Harvard and is a graduate of Columbia University's Executive Program in Business Administration.
