Biography

Mr. Benjamin Alimansky serves as a Partner at Blue Leaf Ventures. He served as Director of Manager Research & Managing Director at The Glenmede Trust Company. Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Alimansky was a senior vice president and portfolio manager at Brooklyn NY Holdings, LLC where he managed hedge and non-hedge investments in excess of $800 million for a single family office and charitable foundation. Before that, he served as a vice president and portfolio manager at Olympia Capital Management managing over $600 million in assets invested in credit, global macro, fixed income arbitrage, and emerging market strategies. In addition, Mr. Alimansky served as a vice president and portfolio manager at DB Advisors (Deutsche Bank) and as a vice president and head of risk and quantitative analysis at Goldman Sachs & Co. Throughout his career, Mr. Alimansky has focused on asset allocation, risk management, due diligence, and manager selection, across a broad range of both traditional and non-traditional asset classes.
