Biography

Mr. Emmanuel Roubinowitz is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Partner at Ponte Partners. From 2004 to 2014, he was a Partner at Fondinvest Capital, a global primary and secondary fund of funds with $2 billion under management. Previously, he was co-head of Technology Private equity at Nomura, the venture arm of Japan's largest brokerage firm. Earlier in his career, he worked at buyout firm Morgan Stanley Capital Partners and technology consulting firm Accenture. He was one of the founders of Compagnie de Phalsbourg, a French investment company. He has also been an advisor with Rothschild Five Arrows. Since 1989, he has represented investors on the board of 14 companies and eight funds and directly managed six companies. He received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a MSc. in Management from HEC Paris.
