Biography

Mr. Karl Hartmann is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Franklin Park Associates. At Franklin Park, he leads the firm's legal and compliance functions, which include all partnership agreement negotiations. He actively advises clients on legal matters with respect to private equity investments. He also oversees the operations of the firm. Prior to Franklin Park, Mr. Hartmann worked with Hamilton Lane and practiced law with Harris Kessler & Goldstein in Chicago. Mr. Hartmann received a J.D. from the Loyola University of Chicago and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. He is a member of the State Bar of Illinois.
