Biography

Mr. Cameron O'Leary serves as Managing Director at Equiteq. He served as Managing Director at Solganick & Co. He joined Solganick & Co. in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, He was a Vice President of Investment Banking at Harbor Ridge Capital in Los Angeles, and before that, an Associate at the private equity firm, Brook Venture Partners in Boston. He is responsible for technology services deal origination, client management, sourcing buyers, and leading the entire M&A process from start to finish. He has completed multiple M&A transactions for Solganick clients including Pandera Systems merger with 66 Degrees, eMedApps sale to Medical Technology Solutions (MTS), Atos acquisition of Visual BI, Fort Point Capital's majority investment in Strata Information Group, Wipfli's acquisition of Waypoint Consulting, DAS Health's acquisition of Itelagen Healthcare and Itentive Healthcare Solutions, and Data Storage Corporation's acquisition of Flagship Solutions Group. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and a Masters of Liberal Arts in Finance from Harvard University. He is from Boston and currently resides in Manhattan Beach.
