Randolph Hsu General Information

Biography

Mr. Randolph Hsu is a Co-Founder of Ondine Capital. He also served as a Partner at KuanRoad Capital. He joined GGV Capital to focus on TMT investments and business incubations. Before entering the venture capital business, he was with NAVER Corporation (previously NHN Corporation), Korea's premier internet group, and LINE's holding company, where he helped to expand into the Greater China area and incubated new business. Randolph was also a legal advisor at DeHeng Law Office (previously China Law Office), one of the largest Chinese law firms, where he was responsible for transaction works such as IPO and PE/VC investment. Randolph holds an LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School and a Master's degree in Economics from Fudan University in Shanghai. He received his bachelor's degrees in International Business and Law from National Taiwan University. He passed both the China Bar Exam and New York Bar Exam and is a CFA candidate.
