Biography

Mr. Robert Keegan served as an Operating Partner at FFL Partners. He serves as the Chairman at Xerox. He is a seasoned business leader with deep experience managing global enterprises. He recently retired as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, a leading global tire manufacturer and marketer. During his seven-year tenure, Bob led Goodyear through one of the more dramatic transformations in American business history. Longtime Goodyear Board member James C. Boland remarked, "Bob's tenure as CEO was one of the most extraordinary periods in Goodyear's long and storied history. Immediately upon assuming this role, he expertly guided the company through a historic turnaround involving a total transformation of the company, changing company strategy, operational execution and overall company culture." Prior to joining Goodyear, Bob was President of the Consumer Imaging business and an Executive Vice President of Eastman Kodak Co. and had previously served as Executive Vice President and Global Strategy Officer of Avery Dennison Corp. Bob is currently a Director of Xerox Corporation and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Transtar Holdings. Bob is a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Rochester as well as a member of the Executive Advisory Committee of the Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester. He is also a Board member of the Autism Family Foundation of Northeast Ohio. Bob graduated with a B.S. in mathematics from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, N.Y. and received an MBA in finance from the University of Rochester.
