Mr. Jeff Charbonneau is a Founding Partner & financial strategist at Mason Capital. He serves as a Board Member for several companies. He has 25+ years' experience in the areas of private capital markets, including analysis with a view to the valuation and structure of real estate and private equity investments; divestitures, mergers, and acquisitions; strategic planning; commercial strategy; and executive leadership. Recently, he was the Managing Director (Principal) of a global, private equity firm, where he was chiefly responsible for investment decisions (acquisitions) and portfolio growth strategies. Previously, he served high-net-worth clients as a private capital markets wealth advisor. Prior experience also includes management consulting, engaging in the formation of special-purpose vehicles for real estate investments, and leading select investment and entrepreneurial initiatives. In his earlier career, he acted as an operations executive and multi-franchise owner (retail pharmacy).
