Biography
Mr. Jens Schmadel served as Director at Alantra. He joined N+1 Germany in 2013 as co-founder of N+1 Germany. Prior to joining N+1, Jens worked at Hauck & Aufhäuser and Sal. Oppenheim. Jens has over 7 years of experience in M&A and debt advisory. He successfully advised corporate clients and private equity investors on numerous domestic as well as international M&A transactions. At N+1 Germany, Jens is particularly focusing on the Industrials and Automotive sector. Furthermore, he is responsible for coordinating the activities in the Industrials sector within the N+1 network.
