Biography

Mr. Xu Lixin served as Executive at Green Pine Capital Partners. Mr. Xu Lixin served as Vice President, Managing Partner & General Manager of Investment Banking Division at Bojiang Capital. He has over a decade of management experience in PE investment and has long focused advanced manufacturing, modern service industry, TMT, and biological agriculture. Xu served as managing partner of Green Pine Capital Partners. He has led the exit of many companies through listing and M&A, companies including Xilong Chemical (002584), Great Wall Group (300089), Camel Battery (601311), Tianhe Oil (833537), Upcera Dental, BGI, CONE, and Romer Environmental Protection. He led industrial investment in education and completed overseas listing of that project. Xu served at investment banking department of Guosen Securities, and participated in listing of Zhangjiagang Chemical Machinery and INVT. In addition to excellent PE equity investment and project management capability and experience, he also taught in Wuhan University and Wuhan University of Technology, having ability and moral integrity as well as remarkable reputation.
