Biography
Mr. Remi Carnimolla serves as Senior Partner, and Managing Director at 3i Group. As a Partner within 3i's European Buyout business, he was involved in several transactions mainly in France, in the Support Services and General Industrial sectors including the highly successful KEOLIS deal. He negotiated for one year the deal and supported the management in several acquisitions in Europe and major transformation projects. He then led the exit. He also contributed to deals outside France such as Inspecta and Inspection. Before joining 3i, he founded and headed a French venture capital firm in Tunisia (1990-1994) where he led 17 deals. He then spent five years (1994-1999) with 3i where he headed the Northern France region, completing several buyouts and growth capital deals (12). Then he spent three years with McKinsey, where he led numerous strategic and organizational projects for international groups, as well as doing due diligence on large MBOs for various private equity firms.
