Mr. Dean Tognella served as Principal at Eaton Square. His major focus is on M&A transactions and capital raising within the IT&T sector. With over 20 years experience in the IT&T sector, Dean has held leadership roles with IBM, SingTel Optus, ASX listed technology companies and PwC He specializes in M&A, corporate strategy, market research, technology partnering and business development. During his career, he has developed and implemented corporate and business unit strategies that have delivered performance improvements in emerging ASX and global corporations. Dean has provided corporate advisory services to leading IT&T clients across four continents including Telstra, AAPT, Swisscom and British Telecom. He has led buy/sell side mandates and advised on IPO's during his career with PwC. Dean holds a Bachelor of Business, AGSM MBA(Exec) and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Securities Institute of Australia.
