Biography

Mr. Peter Diedrich served as Principal at Eaton Square. He has over 25 years of experience in executive leadership, management consulting, private equity/venture capital and strategy/corporate development roles in North and South America, China, Australia and the Middle East. He has advised clients on and led multi-billion dollar M&A and privatization transaction teams as a strategy executive and consultant with McKinsey & Company. As an investor and corporate development executive and CEO, he has originated and executed multiple buy and sell side transactions in the communications services semiconductor technology, security services, print media, social media, IT, and technology spaces in Canada, the US and internationally with companies including Telstra, BCE, RBC, Telebras (Telefonica), Nortel Networks, TBaytel, Yellow Pages Group, Avaya, and Citrix, among many others, as well as numerous private equity, venture capital and corporate strategic investors.
