Biography

Ms. Carol Marino served as an Investment Advisor at Bioenterprise Capital. She serves as a Venture Partner, Energy, and Agriculture at Red Badge Management. She served as a Board Member at the North Carolina Biotechnology Center. She served as Managing Director at Syngenta Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Syngenta. She also serves as a Board Member at North Carolina Biotechnology Center. She is Vice President of venture Investments, Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation. Her venture focus is on equity investments in innovative pharmaceutical and biotech companies at all stages of development and is responsible for the East Coast region of the United States. Prior to joining J&J, she was the Vice President of Business Development for Clinical Development Capital. Prior to joining Clinical Development Capital, she was a Vice President at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Throughout her tenure at BMS, she held executive positions in Corporate Strategic Planning, Business Development, e-Business Alliances, and Cardiovascular Marketing. Prior to joining BMS, she held various positions at Merck & Co., including Strategic Planning, Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, and Global Marketing.
