Biography

Mr. Richard Bogan serves as Operating Partner & Advisor at Key Bridge Partners. Mr. Bogan served as Chief Executive Officer & Chief Financial Officer at Axion Power International. In 2002-2003 he was Executive VP and CFO of RJ Reynolds Tobacco Holdings. In addition to running several businesses, Mr. Bogan has held leadership roles in businesses ranging from $700M to $20B in revenues and throughout his career has successfully directed accounting, finance, tax, sales & marketing, strategic planning, and information technology groups. His diverse and broad executive leadership experience includes international and domestic acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Bogan is a former member of the Board of Directors of Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and Molson Breweries Ltd. Mr. Bogan is a graduate of the University of Washington with a BA in Accounting.
