Biography

Mr. William Kay served as Managing Director, Investor Relations at Lewis & Clark Ventures. Mr. William Kay served as Director, Investor Relations at Northgate Capital. He served as Partner, Investor Relations at Patriot Financial Partners. Mr. Kay was a Principal at Apollo Global Management. He joined Patriot in 2013 and is responsible for overseeing investor relations, including reporting, compliance, fundraising, and other business development activities. Mr. Kay was a Principal at Apollo Global Management. Previously, Mr. Kay was an Executive Director and the Senior Portfolio Specialist for the Private Equity Fund of Funds group at Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners, an active and highly experienced investor across the alternative investments spectrum. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he held positions at Credit Suisse First Boston and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc. Mr. Kay started his career as a credit analyst for Meritor Savings Bank. In this position, he evaluated and devised asset recovery strategies, focusing on LBO transactions and real estate. Mr. Kay graduated with a BA from Dartmouth College, and received his MBA from The Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University. Mr. Kay holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
