Biography
Mr. Charles Fracchia is a Co-Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer at Black Mesa. He Co-Founded and served as Chief Executive Officer at Biobright . He serves as Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners. He is an IBM Ph.D. Fellow at the Center for Bits and Atoms at MIT and Church lab at Harvard Medical School. He obtained his Bachelor at Imperial College London where he worked on a potassium ion channel-based synthetic biology reporter system. He continued his thesis work at IBM Research where he has been encouraging research in Synthetic Biology. He was also an early intern at Ginkgo Bioworks where he developed many of the assembly pipelines still used today.
