Biography

Mr. Thomas Gallo served as Senior Managing Director and Head of the Strategic Advisory Group at Spartan Capital Securities. He served as Managing Director, Strategic Advisory Group at Newbridge Securities. In June 2015, Mr. Gallo moved the Strategic Advisory Group to Newbridge Securities, a full-service investment bank and broker-dealer. The objective is to continue to provide the same quality service to the micro-cap community while attempting to leverage some of the additional assets present at NSC. In February 2014, Mr. Gallo founded the Strategic Advisory Group at Corinthian Partners, a boutique investment bank headquartered in New York City. SAG provided a combination of a strategic, capital markets and financial advice to micro-cap public and private companies. SAG was founded on the belief that his Senior Executive-Level experience combined with his set of skills that include investment banking expertise with that of a business owner and entrepreneur would be valuable to both public and private companies.
