Dwayne Newcom General Information
Biography
Mr. Dwayne Newcom serves as Corporate Director, Human Resources at Pittsburgh Glass Works. He is responsible for the development of strategic human resource processes including employee relations, organizational development, governmental compliance, labor relations, and executive succession systems. Prior to joining TriMas, Mr. Newcom worked in the industrial, automotive and consumer products industries. He held several key positions including division human resources management roles with Federal Mogul Corporation where he began his career and the Clorox Company. At Federal Mogul Corporation, Mr. Newcom was involved in the implementation of lean manufacturing and performance management processes. He was also the Director of Human Resources for Dana Corporation's Couple Products Group. Mr. Newcom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. He is a member of the RNC-Eisenhower Commission and the Society for Human Resources Management.
