Biography

Mr. Daniel Morley served as Managing Director at CapitalSpring. Most recently, he served as a managing director at Aquetong Capital Advisors where he focused on M&A advisory, financings and financial restructurings. Prior to joining Aquetong he was a managing partner at Ardshiel, a middle-market private equity firm. At Ardshiel, he headed corporate finance activities and completed more than twenty acquisitions and divestitures, fifteen financings and several financial restructurings. In addition, he served as chief liaison with the firm's primary institutional partner who made equity investments alongside Ardshiel totaling over $240 million. Mr. Morley has served on ten boards of directors, five as chairman. Prior to Ardshiel, he was head of corporate finance in the New York office of London & Continental Bankers, (LCB ). Prior to LCB, he was a director in the New York office of Samuel Montagu. He is a graduate of the Columbia University School of Business (MBA) and the University of Pennsylvania (BA).
