Biography

Mr. Joseph Compofelice served as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Legacy Measurement Solutions. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Axios Industrial Group. He also served as an Operating Partner at White Deer Energy. Before joining White Deer, he held a series of positions in the oilfield services industry as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, or Chief Financial Officer, including eleven years at Smith International (now part of Schlumberger), seven years at NL Baroid (now part of Halliburton) and seven years at Chairman of Trico Marine, three of which were as Chief Executive Officer. He serves as Chairman and Chief Executive officer at Stuart Pressure Control. He was also the founding Chief Executive Officer of Aquilex Service Company a provider of downstream services to the processing and energy industries, a First Reserve-sponsored company. Before joining the oilfield services industry in 1975, he was a CPA on the staff of Haskins and Sells, (now Deloitte Touché). He is a member of the Board of Directors of Contango Ore (NASDAQ: CTGO). He did his MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University in 1978, and BS in Accounting from California State University in 1972.
