Biography

Dr. Jens Baas served as Senior Advisor at EMERAM Capital Partners. He has also been on the Management Board of Techniker Krankenkasse Healthcare since 2011 and since July 2012 Chairman of the Board. Prior to his current position, he had been Partner and Managing Director since 2007 at the renowned The Boston Consulting Group where he had started in 1999 as a business consultant. He worked as a transplantation surgeon at the Surgical University Clinics in Münster and Heidelberg after having successfully completed his medical studies at the University of Heidelberg and University of Minnesota (USA) where he received his doctorate in 1996.
