Biography

Mr. Wayne Cohen serves as President and Chief Operating Officer, Executive Managing Director, Partner Management Committee at Sculptor. Mr. Cohen joined Sculptor in 2005 and is a member of the Firm's Partner Management Committee. Mr. Cohen is primarily responsible for helping shape Sculptor's strategy, in addition to having a broad scope of responsibility managing day-to-day operations of the Firm and overseeing the Client Partner Group and other non-investment functions. Mr. Cohen holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tulane University and a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law.
