Biography

Mr. Craig Rauchle was the Chief Operating Officer of Inter-Tel Inc. from August 2001 and served as its President from February 16, 2005. He also held the position of President of Inter-Tel Technologies, Inc., a wholly-owned sales subsidiary of Inter-Tel Inc. He was responsible for Inter-Tel's sales and support functions, marketing, procurement, distribution, and research and development activities. He served as an Executive Vice President of Inter Tel Inc. from December 1994 to February 2005. He also served as Senior Vice President of Inter-Tel Technologies, Inc. He joined Inter-Tel in 1979 as Branch General Manager of the Denver Direct Sales Office and in 1983 was appointed the Central Region Vice President and subsequently the Western Regional Vice President. From 1990 to 1992, He served as President of Inter-Tel Communications, Inc. He serves as Director of Imergent Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Denver.
