Biography

Mr. Rogerio Ramos serves as General Partner at Emerald Peak Impact Private Equity. Mr. Ramos served as a Managing Partner at A5 Capital Partners. Mr. Ramos served as a Venture Partner at Elementz Ventures. He also served as a General Partner at Emerald Peak Private Equity. He has over 16 years of investment and management experience successfully sourcing, structuring, arranging financing, and supervising multi-million dollar cross-border private equity and venture capital transactions in Latin America. He has worked extensively in sectors such as IT, telecom, clean technology, and renewable energy, and has participated in Investment Committees, Advisory Boards, and companies' Board of Directors. He holds an MA in Trade and Investment Policy from George Washington University, an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, and an Executive Program in Venture Capital and Private Equity from Harvard Business School.
