Biography

Mr. Michael Andrews is the Founder and serves as Managing Partner and Operating Executive at Hawkstone Capital. He co-founded and served as a Board Member at CXO Executive Solutions. He served as Managing Partner at BoldPointe Partners. his success as an operating executive spans 25 years from turning around a multi-billion dollar division of a Fortune 500 company to starting a consumer electronics manufacturer and South American export management company as Managing Partner and Founder of Hawkstone Capital Group, a boutique merchant bank. As Executive Vice President and Operating Committee member at General Cable, he increased annual profits by $133MM as Group President of the Energy Infrastructure Division, a $1.4 billion global portfolio of businesses servicing the energy, energy infrastructure, alternative energy, and other related niche markets. He led General Cable's M&A and Asset Investment Planning activities, acquiring several businesses in developing markets and planning the company's global capital investments. As head of its North American Technology Organization, he was responsible for global new product development. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Operations and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the Carl H Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati.
