Biography

Mr. Jarlath Dooley serves as Chief Growth Officer & Advisor at Galvia. He serves as Industry Advisor at Volpi Capital. Mr. Dooley serves as Chairman at Yaveon. He served as Director, People Success at Version 1. He joined Version 1 in 2008 as Human Resources Director and has been instrumental in formulating and implementing Version 1's growth strategy which has delivered year-on-year double-digit growth. A graduate of the University of Limerick and holding a Master's in Human Resources from the University of Sheffield, he held senior roles with leading software companies such as IONA Technologies and FINEOS Corp before joining Version 1. His s specialty is People and Culture where he applies deep understanding and strategic thinking as a competitive advantage for the business. He has operated at Board level for many years covering a broad range of responsibilities including People and Culture, IT, Business Systems and Marketing. His passion and experience is scaling fast growth, high potential, IT businesses and he joined the Galvia to help with that agenda.
