Biography

Mr. Brian Chu serves as General Partner at Cue Ball. He served as Board Member at Rōti. He also serves as a Managing Director at Ocean Arete. He also serves as a Senior Advisor at HighVista Strategies, where he was a Co-Founder and former Managing Partner. Before co-founding HighVista, He was a Managing Director at Vulcan Capital and a founding investment team member at Highfields Capital. Previously, He worked in the Principal Investment Area at Goldman Sachs, McKinsey & Company, and Morgan Stanley. He is a Trustee for the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, where he is a member of the Finance, Investment, and Audit Committees. He is also an Overseer and chair of the nominating committee at Boston Children's Hospital and an overseer and member of the Investment Committee of Mount Auburn Hospital. He and his wife Ellie are founding board members of the Food Allergy Science Initiative.
