He serves as Senior Associate at Curewell Capital. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the field of Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT). Most recently he served as a member of the Board of Directors and CEO of Emdeon, the nation's largest health information network. He led Emdeon through significant growth making the company a clear leader in its space. In 2009, he led Emdeon through a successful IPO and in 2011 sold the company to Blackstone for $3 billion. He served as Chief Executive Officer at Envoy (Data). He was a Board Member for Lucro Marketplace. He is a board member at ProxsysRx and serves as a Senior Advisor to Martin Ventures. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Emdeon. Prior to that, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Medifax EDI, which Emdeon Business Services acquired in 2003, where, as Chief Operating Officer, he was responsible for managing all provider and payer activities as well as its Medical Practice Management Software Business. He has over 24 years of experience in the field of Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) as an entrepreneur, serving in various executive leadership and advisory roles. He co-founded OrderInsite and currently serves as CEO. He served as a member of the Board of Directors and CEO of Emdeon, the nation's largest health information network. Prior to Emdeon, he served as COO of Medifax EDI, a leading revenue cycle management company that was acquired by WebMD.Mr. lazenby co-founded & served as partner at Socii Capital. he completed BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa. He served as Board Member at Concert.
