Biography

Mr. Nico Kranzfelder serves as Managing Director & Head of Merger and Acquisition at Paragon Partners. Mr. Kranzfelder also served as a Senior Associate at Chequers Capital. Previously, he worked in the investment team of Chequers Capital, a leading European private equity firm with offices in Paris and Munich, where he was responsible for numerous investments across various industries (industrials, business services, distribution, healthcare, etc.). Before joining Chequers Capital, he worked in the Investment Banking (M&A) and Capital Markets divisions of Macquarie Capital and J.P. Morgan in Frankfurt and London, where he advised financial sponsors, as well as strategic investors on M&A and other corporate finance-related topics. He holds an MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Passau and an MS (Master of Science) degree in Economics from the Corvinus University of Budapest
