Biography

Mr. Douglas Kingsley is a Co-Founder & serves as Senior Advisor at Guidepost Growth Equity. He served as Board Member at Atlas Technology Solutions and Green Rabbit. He serves as a Board Member Ingenious Med and Asurint. Mr. Kingsley co-founded North Bridge Growth Equity in 2007 with Mike Pehl and the Venture Partners founders, Ed Anderson and Rich D'Amore. He has served on more than twenty boards of private and public technology companies. Previously, he was Managing Director and Co-Head of US Investments, at Advent International, where he helped grow the business from $300 million to $10 billion under management. He also had operating roles at Teradyne. His introduction to venture capital came as a consultant to Alcan Aluminum during the late eighties. A native New Englander, Doug has worked and studied in Venezuela, Spain and France. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BA from Dartmouth College and a BE from Dartmouth's Thayer School of Engineering.
