Biography

Mr. Shalin Mehta serves as Founding Partner at Seva Growth. Mr. Shalin Mehta serves as Board Member at Chocory. Mr. Mehta was a Technology Investor at Susquehanna Growth Equity. Prior to joining Spectrum, he worked at Stripes Group. He joined SGE in 2018 and focuses on investments in SaaS/application software, data, internet, and online marketplace businesses across all verticals. Prior to SGE, he was an investor at Spectrum Equity, a $6.7B AUM technology-focused growth equity firm in Boston. While at Spectrum, he focused on originating and evaluating investments in software, consumer internet, and data businesses. Prior to that, he was a summer analyst at Stripes Group, a $1.7B AUM technology, and consumer-focused growth equity firm in New York, where he focused on originating and evaluating investments in internet, software, and consumer products businesses. He is originally from Queens, NY and found his passion for partnering with high growth internet and software companies through his role as Tumblr's Finance Intern in 2013, during the company's $1.1B acquisition by Yahoo. He graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Finance and Information Systems from the Wallace E. Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
